Years of experience designing simple tools to make life (and death) a little easier

I’ve spent my career helping people navigate life’s most difficult moments.

My career background is a bit unusual.

First, I studied law at university and practiced as a lawyer, specialising in wills and probate. I saw firsthand how overwhelming it can be for families to deal with the death of a loved one.

Seeing an opportunity to help families in a different way, I co-founded tech startup Probate Wizard. We built a groundbreaking web app to guide people through probate after a loss.

After selling our business, I spent the next decade as a digital product designer, creating software that makes complex tasks easier.

For seven years, I focused on legaltech. I designed tools for a leading probate firm and a London startup disrupting the wills, probate, and funeral industry.

After A Death is a culmination of all these experiences.

My goal is simple: to provide low-cost, easy-to-use tools to help families before and after a death. It means a huge amount to me to make these difficult moments a little easier.
